This old bathrub was looking tired...
...Fresh new Bathroom suite 
Chris was delighted to say goodbye to his old green suite.
The old plaster fell off the walls. This can sometimes be a real worry for people.
Tired old walls with blown plaster were an issues for these landlords in need of a freshen up before marketing the property to rent.

The old blown plaster was removed, boarded up and skimmed with fresh plaster.

Perfect for storage. with a full size door on the right for easy access to the boiler
Rather than boxing in the boiler we consealed it with a built in wardrobe to really utilise the space
Another cusom build unit to really make use of dead spaces and add additional storage space
The customers for this property wanted to make use of the wasted space this window sill was taking up and create a space for a sink. 
We created a void for the new sink and created access for a hot and cold feed.
